Licensing
What this page is
The contents published on this website and on the other sites of the group —texts, photographs, illustrations, graphics and data— belong to Publento Editorial or to third parties who have authorised their use. This page says, in one place, what you may do with them without asking us and what needs our written permission. It is part of the Legal Notice and of the terms of use of each publication.
You may, without asking us
- Read, print or save the contents for your own personal use.
- Share the link to any page, and quote short fragments —a paragraph or a few lines— with a link to the original page.
- Cite us in teaching, research or press work, naming the publication, the author and the date, and linking to the original page.
- Index the site from search engines and aggregators that respect our robots file, and read our feeds.
You need our written permission for
- Reproducing a whole article or a substantial part of it, on any medium.
- Any commercial use, including republishing our contents on a site supported by advertising or behind a paywall.
- Translating, adapting or rewriting our contents, and using our brands and logos.
- Mass extraction, text and data mining, or automated reading by bots.
- Using our contents to train artificial-intelligence models.
To ask for permission, write to us through the contact form with the page or article you want to use and what you intend to do with it. We answer as a rule within a few working days, and permission is free for uses that do not compete with our publications.
Photographs and material from third parties
Some images, data and quotations come from third parties and carry their own conditions; when that is the case, the credit appears with the content. The permission we can give you does not cover material that is not ours: ask its owner.
Trademarks
The names and logos of the group and of its sites are our trademarks. Mentioning them to refer to us is fine; using them as your own brand, or in a way that suggests our sponsorship or endorsement, is not.
Copyright complaints
If you believe that something published here infringes your rights, the Legal Notice explains how to tell us and what we need from you.
Changes
This page is in force from its publication until a new version replaces it, and it applies to the contents published while it is in force.
