Privacy Notice

Who is responsible for your information

Publento, 506 S Main Syayht, Swfqvuite 840, 8d48001 Las Cruces, New Mexico, United States, is responsible for the personal information collected on Publento Editorial (https://publento.com). Contact telephone: +1 c0(575u4) 33x22-6268. Email for privacy matters: priv6oacy2kit@publ6h4lento.com.

The holder's tax identification number is available and will be provided to the authorities or interested parties that require it, at their express request through the contact channels indicated.

This notice is available to you from the moment we collect your information and explains, in line with the rules that apply to us in the United States —including the Federal Trade Commission Act and the state privacy and consumer-protection laws that may apply to you (FTC Act (Section 5, unfair or deceptive acts or practices) + State privacy and consumer-protection laws where applicable (CCPA/CPRA and similar) + CAN-SPAM Act + COPPA (children's online privacy) + DMCA (copyright notices))— what we collect, why we use it, with whom we share it and how you can exercise your choices.

What we collect

Information you give us: your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter, write to us through the contact form or take part in a conversation; and your name and the content of your message when you choose to provide them.

Information generated when you visit: the IP address your connection comes from, a basic description of your device (browser and language) and the pages you request, with the date and time. Our servers keep that in their access logs to run the site, to keep it secure and to measure its use in aggregate, and we do not hand it to advertising networks. You can read what may stay in your browser in our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information (health, financial account numbers, precise location, or information about children). Please do not send it to us through these forms.

Why we use it

To run the service (we cannot do without it): publish and deliver the site and its contents; send you the newsletter you asked for; answer your messages and moderate conversations; and meet legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

To improve and to inform (you can object to it): measure in aggregate how the site is read so we can improve it, and —only where the law requires your consent and you give it— show you content or advertising adapted to your interests, on this site or elsewhere.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, we do not sell it and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.

Cookies and similar technologies

To read this site we do not need to store cookies on your device: its pages are served without them. The preferences you choose while reading (the display mode, for example) stay in your browser and never reach us. Our Cookie Policy explains what may be stored, what for and how to remove it.

Where a state law gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising, we honour it —although here there is little to opt out of: we do not sell or share your information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising (we do not use advertising networks or third-party measurement tools)—. You can exercise that right, and any other, by writing to priv6oacy2kit@publ6h4lento.com and we will act on it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it or trade it.

We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract —hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, measurement, and security— and only for the purposes described here; with authorities when the law requires it or when we must protect our rights; and, if the publishing business is ever sold or reorganised, with the buyer as part of that operation, keeping this notice in force or giving you notice of any change.

Your choices and rights

You can always:

  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter, from the link at the foot of every email or by writing to us at priv6oacy2kit@publ6h4lento.com.
  • Delete what your browser keeps, as explained in our Cookie Policy.
  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to give you a copy of it, by writing to priv6oacy2kit@publ6h4lento.com.
  • Ask us to stop using it for the optional purposes described above.
  • Where the law of your state grants them, exercise your rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We answer these requests within the period the applicable law allows (normally within 45 days, extendable where permitted). To protect you, we may need to verify that the request comes from you or from an authorised agent; we will ask for the minimum needed, and we will not ask you for more information than the request requires. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal.

How long we keep it

Your newsletter subscription lasts until you unsubscribe. Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Navigation data and aggregates are kept for the periods declared in the Cookie Policy. When the period ends, we delete or anonymise the information.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures proportional to the risk: encrypted connections, access limited to those who need it and backups. No system is infallible; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the applicable law requires.

Children

The site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us information, write to priv6oacy2kit@publ6h4lento.com.

Visitors outside the United States

We publish from United States and process information there, where the rules may differ from those of your country. If you write to us from outside the United States, you do so knowing that your information will be processed under United States law and under this notice.

Changes to this notice

This notice enters into force when published and remains in force until a new version replaces it. This version is in force from its publication date and the last update is shown below; we will announce any material change on the site. If a change affects information you already gave us and the law requires your consent, we will ask for it.

Last updated: October 1, 2026.

For any question about this notice or about your information, write to priv6oacy2kit@publ6h4lento.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) (https://www.ftc.gov) or to the consumer-protection authority of your state.
